then went for trng.
quite slack
40x5ofree on 40s which ended quite quickly
then did some weird vertical kicking thing
basically you fold your arms in front of you and rely on your freestyle kick to keep you afloat
vertically
its isnt as easy as it sounds k
especially when you have to do it for 45 secs 12 times!
with only 15secs rest inbetween
was fun at least :p
then went to the gym
did some medicine ball stuff.

went to ri to sell tickets just now,
not very good.
only sold about 27 altogether

guy 1"ya lor.. got competition la."
us "-.- okay then thank you."
